Mark has been a Scrum and Lean practitioner since 2002 applying, adapting, teaching, and coaching agile and lean development in a wide variety of software and non-software projects. He is passionate about helping teams become self-organizing and deliver higher quality software more quickly.
Mark specializes in teaching, coaching and consulting for the adoption of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile and lean techniques. He has worked with a wide variety IT organizations in many industries, particularly electronic design automation, enterprise software, e-commerce, and defense.
Mark has a Master Degree in Electrical Engineering and is certified by Scrum.org.
Ravi Verma is a speaker, Agile coach, Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer, and Evidence Based Management consultant with over 15 years of experience in software delivery and consulting. He has a proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar software in Fortune 100 companies including Cisco and Avaya.
He specializes in anticipating, identifying, and removing obstacles that arise in small, or large-scale software development environments.

Erik is an agile coach, management consultant, scrum trainer, and public speaker passionate about helping companies across all industries transition from traditional project management/development towards more human, cross-functional, agile ways of working.
As a Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer, Erik has honed his approach to suit the challenges of both large, and small software organizations. He now splits his time coaching executives, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other departments in the organization, including finance, HR, and marketing.
